Questions about money
Do I pay anything up front?
No. We build a preview of your new site first and send you the link. You only pay after you've seen it and said yes. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.
Are there any other costs?
Only your domain name, which usually costs $15 to $30 a year and is paid to the registrar in your business's name. Hosting is included with Care, or we can help you host it yourself.
Can I start with Launch and upgrade later?
Yes. You pay the difference when you move up to Standard.
Who owns the domain and the site?
You do. The domain is registered in your business's name. If you ever move on, it goes with you.
Do I have to sign up for Care?
No. Care is optional and month to month. You can cancel anytime.
