Everything people ask us
Do I pay anything up front?
No. We build a preview of your new site first and send you the link. You only pay after you've seen it and said yes. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Any local business that serves people: bakeries, barbers, trades, clinics, garages, studios, restaurants, shops. If customers look you up before they call or visit, a good site helps.
I already have a website. Can you still help?
Yes. We keep what works and fix what's costing you customers, like a phone number that's hard to find or hours that don't match Google.
Who owns the domain and the site?
You do. The domain is registered in your business's name. If you ever move on, it goes with you.
How much of my time does this take?
About fifteen minutes. We pull the basics from your public listing, then check your hours, services and prices with you.
Do I have to sign up for Care?
No. Care is optional and month to month. You can cancel anytime.
Are there any other costs?
Only your domain name, which usually costs $15 to $30 a year and is registered in your business's name. Hosting is included with Care.
Can I start with Launch and upgrade later?
Yes. You pay the difference when you move up to Standard.
Will my site show up on Google?
We set it up so Google can read it properly and so it matches your Google Business Profile. Nobody can promise a ranking, and we won't.
Can I edit the site myself?
If you want to, yes. Most owners would rather send us a message, which is what Care is for.
What if I want to cancel Care?
Cancel anytime. Your site and domain stay yours, and we help you move hosting if you want.
